Two agents verify each other with post-quantum Falcon-1024 passports, agree which chain to settle on, and settle once as a single content-addressed reference anyone can recompute offline. Proven on-chain across eight chains and five consensus families, two of them mainnet. The chain never verifies Falcon; it only carries a 32-byte anchor, so one integration works on every chain you touch.
